Yoga Flow

This dynamic flow class will stretch and strengthen your body, focus your mind and empower your spirit. Students are invited to explore and discover their edge through a transformative approach. Learn how to go with flow and cultivate presence through synchronizing the breath with movement. Each class delivers a positive message designed to uplift and inspire. Advanced postures and variations are always offered making this class challenging and yet accessible for everyone. All skill levels are welcome.

Yin and Restorative

This class combines the best of two quiet practices. The first part of class focuses on the practice of Yin Yoga. After stimulating the energy rich connective tissues of the body, the practice transitions into the quiet, surrendered practice of Restorative Yoga. All levels welcome.

Flow to Restore

A slow, deep and mindful flow, moving into restorative postures during the last portion of class. Begins with prayanama (breath work) and a gentle vinyasa flow, focusing on flexibility and physical alignment. Class then incorporates bolsters, blocks and blankets to restore the body to a state of harmony while creating peace of mind and a rejuvenated spirit. All skill levels are welcome.

Wall Yoga

Through expert instruction, you will learn to use the wall to open your body, lengthen the spine, and strengthen the core and improve alignment. The focus is on alignment, longer holds and always includes a restorative finish using the wall for support. All skill levels are welcome.

Ashtanga Mix

Based on Ashtanga Yoga, this class offers a revitalizing approach to the traditional sequence with a variation of poses and transitions. Mindful breath with movement is used to produce internal heat to purify the mind and body while developing a deeper awareness of self. Students are invited to explore foundational aspects of the practice building strength, stamina, grace and rhythm.

Fluid Flow

An opportunity to pause and shift our energy through Vinyasa & dance set to EDM, hip hop, and tribal beats. A flow focused on core, hips, and circular movements to empower the fem spirit. Classes begin centering our focus on the breath and concludes with a meditation followed by savasana. All skill levels are welcome.
