Bollywood Dance Fitness is a Bollywood-inspired dance-fitness program that combines dynamic choreography with the hottest music from the Bollywood Films. Its 50-minute cardio workout cycles between higher and lower-intensity dance sequences to get you moving, sweating, and motivated all at the same time.

Yoga Thon 2016 for Breast Cancer Awareness gives you a chance to raise awareness, raise funds to support fellow yogis fighting the disease, and heighten our "seva" or selfless service.
The first ever Yoga Thon offers four hours of all you can yoga! We'll practice ashtanga, vinyasa, yin/nidra, and wall yoga. Get to know your yoga instructors and classmates while enjoying refreshments. In between sessions, try your luck at winning silent auction and door prizes.
